Party hotel, but good value for money

Breakfast and diner options were really good, the staff was always available and helpful. Eventhough the beach is a bit far away, they offer a free shuttle bus service to the beach, as well as to the city centre.

It is a party hotel, sometimes the entertainment would last past 23:00 hrs, so it is hard to get some sleep and rest before 23:00. A lot of mosquitos, loud AC, the showers are a bit mouldy.

The hotel was small and there were shops very close.

The drinks were not good. Coke and Cola Light was always warm, as was the beer and was served in overly small glasses.

Exceptional place for this price

Basically, I like Falcon hills a lot. They do all their best for the guests. It was my 3rd time here, perfect as usual! Very good value for the price) Everything is always exceptionally clean: room, surrounding, pools, etc All the staff are very hospitable. Rooms are a bit old but everything works and, again, clean) Food is good. Diving club Pirates inside the hotel is the best one) As a female solo traveller I feel totally safety here.

Seems like past year there were more meat food. But mb I am wrong.

Mixed feelings

The location is very good, near the beach. Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool and activities. Check-in and check-out very smooth and the reception staff were very helpful in securing our luggages.

Rooms are quite old and bathroom doors and shower need renovation. The breakfast buffet does not have a sufficient variety of food, and the quality of pastries is not up to the standard.

Very enjoyable

Well, when I arrived I got told I got an upgrade and was transferred to the Falcon Naama Star hotel, due to a renovation of the swimming pool in the Falcon Hills. From 3 to 4 stars, so OK, i'm fine with that. Naama Star was excellent, very nice hotel and staff, very nice and large swimming pool. The Egyptian buffet on saturday was really good, all the food by the way. Good policy of the hotel, that they pro-actively offer upgrades.

The music at the pool was way too loud, still a little deaf of it.

Since the beach is located quite far from the hotel, more frequent shuttle transfers – including paid options – would be highly appreciated. Unfortunately, using local taxis can often lead to issues, as tourists are frequently overcharged.

I like the price and its close to areas what i need .Not center of the city but nice cuite area and bed&pillow perfect.I love those.

This time they had repair in rhe pool and that makes a bite noise ,i was not happy about that. On Breakfast somehing is missing and this is amazing Egyptian dish Falafel.

I came to relax for a couple of days. I chose a quiet not big hotel. The location is not bad. Thanks to the manager of the restaurant Ateya and the young boy animator Ahmed had a better situation. But my room was stolen money. The cleaning staff is not pleasant. Security controls the guests too much. That’s why you can’t relax.

Cheap and cheerful friendly hotel

Cheap and cheerful no frills hotel with a heated pool. Voucher available to buy for 75E£ at reception for entry to a beach with sunbeds, good snorkelling and toilets. Also a nice restaurant on site. Entry without voucher was 200E£. 20min walk or taxi from hotel. There was a shuttle bus twice a day to a free sandy beach but we didn't go there. The buffet food was a small selection and quickly replenished. A bit repetitive as often is at AI hotels. The soup was never very hot but the chef replaced it with no problem when we asked nicely.

The bar staff were not very efficient. Most days they ran out of ice, beer and glasses as they seemed to wait until there was none left to go fetch stock. All Inclusive drinks were served by the glass in half filled small tumblers or even smaller single use plastic ones. There were recycling bins available but not sure that anything actually got recycled as the gardeners emptied them all into the same bag as their garden rubbish.

It was good, but could have been better.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is nice enough. I love the kiddie pool, the playground although simple, the kids loved it! They had lifeguard all day for the pool which was great in my eyes. The selection of food was alright, but a bit repetitive. A couple of cons: we had all inclusive and we would get drinks served in the tiniest plastic cup, it would vary, sometimes in a tiny bit bigger plastic cup. Coffee in a paper cup. I like my coffee on a mug. We felt judge when we would ask for drinks, they would speak in their language, asking for an omelet was the hardest thing, I would ask for everything and two ingredients would get added, didn’t matter how I tried, then the next person would come along and they would get everything. I was so baffled. Wasn’t sure if it’s because I was a woman? Some of the staff were great, while others make you feel uncomfortable, not just me being a woman but the husband of my friend also, when he would go ask for drinks. Just didn’t feel right. Not welcomed. The beds were a bit on the hard side, first night it was so uncomfortable for me. But by the end of our stay I had gotten used to it. We didnt like that breakfast ended @9:30am, although they had continental until 12pm.

Customers dont come back in a hotel only for the place or food

I ve been there twice in 6 months,the reaaon was because I liked kindness of some guys of the staff but i knew they dont care about them that much even if they are kind with customers. Some of them where fired and i dont think to come back there again on summer for this reason , i dont like the managers that dont give the right value to the workers
